How do I create a Utah Maids account?

Do you service my area?

Currently we only offer our services to homes in the Salt Lake Valley area.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We train all our cleaners with a standard checklist of how to clean each room and bathroom to ensure consistent quality among all our homes we clean.

Our services include:

  • Dusting and wiping down all furniture
  • Vacuuming carpet and mopping floor
  • Throwing away trash and emptying cans
  • Scrubbing showers, sinks, toilets
  • Gathering dirty clothes
  • Cleaning mirrors
  • Cleaning fixtures (lights, towel racks, toilet paper holders, fans)
  • Cleaning outside of kitchen equipment (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave)
  • Gathering dirty dishes into the sink
  • Cleaning inside cabinets (if specified in extras part of booking)
  • Cleaning inside the fridge (if specified in extras part of booking)
  • Cleaning inside the oven (if specified in extras part of booking)
  • Cleaning inside windows (if specified in extras part of booking)
  • Doing a load of laundry (if specified in extras part of booking)
  • Cleaning walls (if specified in extras part of booking)

How much will it cost?

Other cleaning companies often have confusing prices, or they don’t honor the price they promised. With Utah Maids, we make it very simple, and you can know your exact price in less than 60 seconds online. We calculate our pricing based on how many rooms, bathrooms, and extras that you wish to include in the cleaning process.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We do. You can expect your cleaner to show up to the job with everything necessary to get the job done.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

When booking, be sure to check out our “extras” offered. If you have an extra service that you are considering that is not listed on our booking page, please contact us and we will see if we can arrange something.

How do I book my first appointment?

Our booking process is simple as 1 2 3. You can begin on our homepage and select the number of rooms in your home, or go straight to our booking page to fill out your info. It should take no longer than 60 seconds!

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely. We thoroughly screen each applicant to make sure they are honest and friendly. Even if there were ever an incident, you can expect UtahMaids to take care of it.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something ever goes wrong during your cleaning, please immediately contact us and we will do everything we can to make things right. Utah Maids strives for high customer satisfaction, and we will do whatever it takes to keep it that way.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes. You can trust that your billing information is safe within our HTTPS payment processing platform.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

It’s our goal to make everything right. If you are not satisfied, let us know and we’ll make it right. Still not satisfied? We’ll offer you a refund. Please note that refunds are not offered prior to a Re-Clean being accepted. A Re-Clean will only be completed within a 7 day window from your date of service, otherwise it will be considered denied. No refund will be offered if a Re-Clean is denied.
